Vegan Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Sweet and delicious, these gluten-free vegan chocolate truffles are the perfect treat or gift! Not a fan of coconut? Roll in your favourite crushed nut or topping instead!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Walnuts                

2 cups
Pitted dates                  
1 cup
Cocoa powder                       
5 tbsp
Maple syrup              
5 tbsp
Unsweetened coconut           
1 cup

 

METHOD 

• Using a food processor, ground the walnuts with the dates until they become a paste

• Add the cocoa powder and the maple syrup, mix until well combined

• Roll into ball of desired size and then roll in unsweetened coconut

 

YIELD

Approximately 20 truffles
