Pizza Crust Recipe

Easy to make, this gluten-free pizza crust is full of flavour and perfect for lunch, dinner or an afternoon snack. Just add some tomato sauce, your favourite toppings and enjoy!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

White rice flour                 
            1 cup

Tapioca starch               

    1 cup
Chickpea flour                
¾ cup
Yeast               1 tsp
Water                
2 cups
Olive oil                
¼ cup
Salt                
1 tsp
Italian seasoning             
1 tbsp
Garlic powder                   
1 ½ tbsp
Onion powder
1 ½ tbsp

 

METHOD 

• Mix all of the flours together

  • • In a bowl, place yeast, 1 cup of the flour mixture and 1 cup of water, mix well until smooth and then let it rest for 45 minutes
  • • Mix the rest of the flour with the salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder

    • After the 45 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients to the first mix, then mix at a slow speed with the paddle for 5 minutes

    • Place dough on pie plates of your desired size and bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes

  • • Add your sauce and favourite toppings and bake for 15 more minutes

    10 - 12 individual pizzas
