Supporting the Community with Health & Wellness Initiatives
As part of our commitment to health and wellness, Ste. Anne's is proud to announce that it is joining hands with a new partner, the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores). Our goal is to have an even greater impact by directing our charitable giving to a sister organization that’s dedicated to healing.
Through a series of fundraising initiatives and events, we plan to support the work of Ontario Shores over the coming years. Ste. Anne’s Spa is also donating $10 for every booking of our new Chakra Awareness treatment.
In-Kind & Event Donations
Ste. Anne's recognizes the value that a spa getaway can bring to an event, and is regularly invited to donate spa packages and/or gift certificates in support of various charitable initiatives. These include silent and live auctions, door prizes, fundraising dinners, golf tournaments, trade booth prizes, incentive prizes, draws, raffles, etc. While our limited donation budget prevents us from being able to furnish each request with a complimentary package, we do offer the following special rates for those wishing to incorporate our spa getaway into their charitable events. See below for details on how to apply for the special rate packages (please note that this is an application process and we require three months notice):
All-Inclusive Day Spa
3-Course lunch, afternoon Tea, $120 spa allowance and wellness allowance, and complete use of the facilities
$180 (regular price $240, taxes not included)
One Midweek Night Spa Escape for Two
Standard accommodation for two people, 4 meals per person, $120 spa and wellness allowance, and complete use of the facilities
$638 (regular price $879, taxes not included)
Available Sunday through Thursday for arrival
These rates are for registered charities only, however charities who have sponsors wishing to purchase one of the above spa packages on their behalf are also eligible.
In order to apply for these preferred rates for fund-raising purposes, please email Alisha Bell, at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Name of Charity, and Charitable Registration number
2. Name of Event
3. Date of Event
4. Contact Person's name, email address and phone number
5. Number of people expected at event
6. Reference: name and contact information of someone from the charity/non-profit organization who can verify your request
7. Preferred payment method (credit cards only): VISA, MC, AMEX (cheques are not accepted)

Please note that only emailed requests to the above address will receive replies. Unsolicited fundraising requests by mail or fax will not be considered. Packages are valid only as specified above and their components and terms cannot be exchanged or altered. Limited quantities available.
Promotional Opportunities & Contests
At Ste. Anne's, we are interested in hearing about your unique promotional opportunities that are designed to build brand awareness for both partners. Through its status as Canada's leading destination spa, beautiful special event venues, our highly targeted client database and media relations expertise, Ste. Anne's offers several added values that can significantly enhance promotional initiatives. All proposals for contest prizing or promotional programs are evaluated according to our marketing priorities.
The more marketing opportunities you identify, and the more exclusive and well-targeted they are, the more attractive your proposal becomes.
We receive dozens of sponsorship proposals every week. Most offer us a standard package such as complimentary tickets, sponsor mention on promotional materials, program advertising, and signage.
We'd prefer to explore some brand new territory. We welcome imaginative ideas that present us with clearly defined ways of promoting Ste. Anne's experiences that also compliment your brand to our mutual benefit.
To submit a proposal, please provide your contract information along with a brief outline (no more than one page) that clearly describes the promotion and/or contest with timelines, your goals, target market(s), marketing and media relations tactics with distribution numbers, and how Ste. Anne's participation can benefit your program.
