Elemental Nature is an assessment tool designed by Aveda to help identify areas within yourself that need rebalancing at the time of your visit to Ste. Anne's Spa. Founded on Ayurvedic principles, this process will help you discover your dominant "elemental nature" earth, water, fire, infinity or air. With this knowledge, our spa therapists at Ste. Anne's are then able to customize treatments in order to restore you to a more balanced state.

In preparation for your next visit to Ste. Anne's, complete the Elemental Nature questionnaire no more than 2 days prior to your arrival.
