The situation in Haiti is far beyond what most of us can comprehend or even imagine. The endless barrage of media coverage can leave you feeling somewhat powerless to make a difference, but every little bit helps.

Ste. Anne's Spa would like to partner with you this Valentine's season to make a difference. 10% of every gift card purchased between January 25th and February 14th, 2010 will be donated to the Canadian branch of Doctor's Without Borders, Médecins Sans Frontières.

In Haiti, Médecins Sans Frontières staff have a good sense of what's going to be needed in the short term following the catastrophic earthquake on Jan. 12. However, we are still working to project how much the rehabilitation of healthcare will cost in the long term.

As the worldwide generosity continues, we encourage donations to our Emergency Relief Fund because this gives us the maximum flexibility to respond to longer-term needs in Haiti, while also ensuring we can act rapidly should a disaster strike another part of the world. To all those who are supporting MSF’s relief efforts around the world, thank you.
