Ste. Anne’s Spa has teamed up with Valley View Stables, just 1 km from the spa, to offer a truly unique experience. Horse-2-Heart allows you to work with a professional coach and horse to explore various aspects of equine behaviour and relationships. Understanding the horse can be a powerful experience and much of what you learn can be related to human relationships. Our Horse-2-Heart coaches will introduce you to relaxation techniques and help you to become aware of your energy, your boundaries and your intentions - all of these techniques can have a profound effect on communication and power in both personal and professional relationships.
Horse-2-Heart can be booked along with any overnight package at Ste. Anne's spa.
You can participate for one,
two or three days.
Rates for each session are as follows:
One Day Session - $240
Two Day Session - $440
Three Day Session - $620
