Certified Chef de Cuisine, Christopher Ennew leads a team of chefs who create culinary masterpieces using only the freshest ingredients available and enhance flavours with herbs rather than rich sauces; guests savour their meals. Chef Chirstopher considers the healing powers of food for the body and soul when creating Ste. Anne's breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus.
Your group can choose from our a la carte menu for all of your meals - no simplifed or buffet style meals at Canada's favourite spa! You can peruse each of our 4 standard meal menus below. For large groups we may ask you to pre-order. For an additional cost we can arrange snacks to arrive in time for your meeting, as well as hors d'oeuvres for evening get togethers (see Snack & Hors D'Oeuvres list below). Please note that we will require you to pre-order your Snacks and Hors D'oeuvres at the time of booking.
