Do the accommodations meet high standards?
Every year, CAA/AAA rates Ste. Anne’s as a 4 diamond property. Ste. Anne’s also meets the high standards defined by Ontario’s Finest Inns & Spas. Both organizations deploy anonymous inspectors who rigorously evaluate housekeeping, service, décor and maintenance practices.
Are quoted rates and actual costs the same?
As an all-inclusive property, Ste. Anne’s will never add extra service charges to your account. All packages include three healthy and well-balanced meals a day and afternoon tea, non-alcoholic beverages, fitness classes, unlimited use of the facilities and access to the over 500-acre property, Internet access, local calls, tax on spa services, and a daily allowance for spa services.
Tipping is not required; our staff is well compensated.
The only additional expenses you will incur include packages taxes, retail purchases, and spa services over and above the daily allowance.
What kind of incentives does
Ste. Anne’s offer for loyalty and referrals?Ste. Anne’s sends a $50 voucher to guests who reveal their date of birth. We
enter each guest in the Minerva Loyalty Program recognizing repeat
visits and referrals; a completed Minerva Loyalty card is equivalent to
a $100 credit toward a future visit. Subscribers to our e-newsletter receive notice of seasonal discounts and special offers.What processes are in place to
handle any unsatisfactory experiences
at Ste. Anne’s?Every
guest has direct access to the owner of Ste. Anne’s! The minute guests
check in, they are handed a note from Jim Corcoran that includes his
cell phone number. If anything falls short of guests’ expectations,
they are encouraged to call him. If we are unable to correct the
