August is a time to flourish, and Ste. Anne's is a place to nourish! Join us for a rejuvenating and invigorating 2-night, 3-day yoga and spa retreat. Your luxurious getaway promises to be a beautiful blend of being pampered and cared for, as well as offering you guidance in providing self-care and personal nourishing practices. In addition to four yoga classes, and three meditations, you will have the opportunity to practice and create your own unique positive intentions and daily meditations to help you "take your practice of of your mat" and into the everyday.

 

This is a communal yoga retreat where you will share accommodation in a deluxe spa cottage, with a private room and bathroom, allowing you to reflect and focus on self-care surrounded by like-minded people. You'll have the chance to forge new bonds and develop life-long friendships. Our yoga retreat program provides a safe and sacred space suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.
