Please Note: Spa Lotto is intended to create a fun way to plan your next spa getaway to Ste. Anne's. There are only six incoming phone lines, so please be prepared to hear a busy signal. We encourage you not to enter Spa Lotto if it is going to be a source of stress or frustration!

Here's how Spa Lotto works:

1. Spa Lotto is held once every month from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Sign up for the Ste. Anne's E-Newsletter, to find out when the next Spa Lotto will take place!

2. On the specified day and time, call 1-888-346-6772, and ask to enter the Spa Lotto. Alternatively, you can enter online. Follow the link in our e-newsletter to enter online.

3. The first 75 callers will win a prize. In addition, 25 winners will be randomly drawn from the eligible online entries.

Sample prizes include:
Complimentary Caribbean Foot Rejuvenation ~ Complimentary Essential Oil Scalp Rejuvenation ~ Complimentary Caribbean Aqua Therapy ~ Complimentary 30 minute Pure Aroma Massage ~ Complimentary Room Upgrade

4. Each person who calls in or enters on line during the specified time period will be entered into our monthly customer appreciation draw for a chance to win an all-inclusive spa getaway for two (some conditions apply. See below).

5. To redeem your prize, make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure your preferred dates, please note that only one spa lotto voucher per person, per stay. It is advised that you have dates in mind so we can check availability at the time of your initial call.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Participants can only enter contest once and can enter via phone or online, but not both.
2. Prizes cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
3. One prize per person per Spa Lotto. Prizes are non transferable, and have no cash value.
4. Prizes can only be used on reservations made after date of issue.
5. Prizes expire 3 months after being issued.
6. Spa Lotto vouchers will be mailed to the winners, and must be presented at check-out. Lost Spa Lotto Vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Family members and friends of Haldimand Hills Spas staff are not eligible to participate.
