1. Who can enroll as a Share the Secret Ambassador?

Anyone can enroll as a Share the Secret Ambassador. You do not need to be a guest of Ste. Anne's in order to register for the Share the Secret Ambassador Program.

 

2. How do I enroll?

This program is FREE to join and there is no purchase necessary to become a Share the Secret Ambassador. There are 3 ways in which to enroll in the Share the Secret Ambassador program:

 

1. Call the Ste. Anne's reservation line at 1.888.346.6772 and our Share the Secret Ambassador program representative will enroll you in the program over the phone

2. Register on-line by clicking on the "Sign Me Up" link at the top of the page, or click here

3. Register at guest services during your visit to one of Ste. Anne's Family of Spas

 

3. What can I expect once I am registered?

After registering as a Share the Secret Ambassador, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 week that includes the following:

 

1. Your Share the Secret Ambassador Program virtual card with your unique Account ID Number

2. Program details and information

3. Printable PDF of Share the Secret Ambassador Program 'refer a friend' cards that can be given out to your friends and family

 

4. How do I earn reward points?

There are 3 ways in which you can earn reward points, once you've enrolled as a Share the Secret Ambassador:

 

1. Visit Ste. Anne's Spa for a Day Spa or an Overnight Getaway

2. Refer a friend (your friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. Anne's Family of Spas, having never visited us in the past) to Ste. Anne's Spa for a Day Spa or an Overnight Getaway

3. Participate in member-only deals, on-line offers and more when they're offered via our e-newsletters (see bottom of page to sign-up).

 

5. How many reward points can I earn?

For every $100 you spend while visiting Ste. Anne's on a Day Spa or Overnight Getaway (after tax) up to a maximum of 75 reward points 5 Points per $100 spent When you refer a friend to visit us for a Day Spa (your friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. Anne's, having never visited us in the past) 5 Points per referral When you refer a friend to visit us for an Overnight Stay (your friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. 6. What can I redeem with my reward points?

$100 Ste. Anne's Gift Card 150 Day Spa (Grafton location only) Includes: $100 spa allowance, 3-course lunch, afternoon tea, 1 group wellness class and complete use of the facilities   195 $200 Ste. Anne's Gift Card 275 Overnight Stay (based on double occupancy) Includes: Standard CAA/AAA Four-Diamond accommodation for one night (for one person), $100 spa allowance, breakfast, 3-course lunch, afternoon tea, 4-course dinner, 1 group wellness class and complete use of the facilities (please note that there is a 2-night minimum required on weekends) 425 Overnight Stay (based on single occupancy) Includes: Standard CAA/AAA Four-Diamond accommodation for one night (for one person), $100 spa allowance, breakfast, 3-course lunch, afternoon tea, 4-course dinner, 1 group wellness class, and complete use of the facilities (please note that there is a 2-night minimum required on weekends) 525

 

(Note: Share the Secret Ambassador reward points can be redeemed at the time of booking. Share the Secret reward points cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings made with Share the Secret reward points are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. If the booking is cancelled, the points are lost.)

 

7. How do I refer my friends?

Once you are a registered Share the Secret Ambassador, you can download and print out your own personalized 'refer a friend' cards via this link, or via the link below. You must fill in your Share the Secret Ambassador Account ID # on the referral cards either prior to printing (there are 6 blank fields for you to enter in your Share the Secret Ambassador ID #) or by hand after printing, and then hand them out to your friends. Finally, when one of your friends visits us on either a day or overnight package and provides us with one of your referral cards, you will be rewarded the associated points (see point allocations above). Your referrals will also earn reward points if they choose to sign-up as a Share the Secret Ambassador. Although it is preferable that your friends provide us with your referral card, if your friend doesn't have it on them at the time of their visit, they can ask guest services to add the points to the appropriate account. In this instance they will need to be able to provide guest services with your complete contact information in order that we may confirm your identity in our system.

 

8. How do I redeem my reward points?

You can redeem your reward points at the time of booking. Simply let your reservation agent know that you want to redeem your points and they will apply the appropriate points to your account. Note: you cannot apply reward points earned on a current stay to that same stay.

 

9. How do I check my Share the Secret reward point balance?

You must first register as a Share the Secret Ambassador. Once registered as a Share the Secret Ambassador you can check your point balance to date by typing your account ID # in the field at the top of this screen and then clicking on the “check my point balance” button.

 

10. How often are my reward points updated?

Your reward points will be updated on-line within 1 week of your last stay with us.

 

11. What if I don't have access to the internet?

If you don't have access to the internet to check your point balance you can call the Ste. Anne's reservation line at 1-888-346-6772 and our Share the Secret Ambassador Program representative will be pleased to let you know your point balance on record to date.

 

12. What if  I forget my Share the Secret Ambassador Account ID #?

Call the Ste. Anne's reservation line at 1-888-346-6772 and our Share the Secret Ambassador Program representative will be happy to provide you with your details.
