During this 30 minute stretch class you will experience a gentle stretching of the entire body that works at re-energizing your limbs and organs. While the majority if the class will be performed in a seated position, there is a standing stretch component. This class will teach you how to increase your personal flexibility and range of motion through proper breathing techniques and movements.
