During this 30 minute stretch class you will experience a gentle stretching of the entire body that works at re-energizing your limbs and organs. While the majority if the class will be performed in a seated position, there is a standing stretch component. This class will teach you how to increase your personal flexibility and range of motion through proper breathing techniques and movements.

Range of Motion Required
  • from standing position be able to descend down onto the supplied floor mat and return to standing position without assistance 
  • apply pressure to your hands, feet and knees in order to support a portion of your own body weight

Don't Forget to Bring

  • water bottle
  • comfortable workout clothing
Not Recommended if you

  • are recovering from major surgery
  • have any mobility constraints that prevent you from doing the above range of motions
  • have any severe joint injuries
