Join our experienced yoga teacher, Jenn Hall, for this 3-day, 2 night yoga and spa retreat that balances the calming and restful energy of our beautiful serene facility with your own inner strength. Our yoga practice will focus on igniting your internal fire through strength building postures and sequences that will mindfully challenge you to connect with your inner yoga warrior. Although this is a physical-based retreat, all levels of experience are welcome, and modifications will always be offered for those who require them.
