Enjoy one of Ste. Anne’s many outdoor serene environments and put pen to paper with our guided journaling wellness class. Journaling as a wellness practice allows a person to connect with their inner voice and explore their thoughts and feelings. Feeling stuck and not sure where to start? Not a problem, our wellness instructor will lead you through the practice with guided journaling prompts and ask the perfect questions that allow you to dive deeper into your inner monologue. *A pen and journal will be provided.
