Dine With Us!

Come dine to your hearts’ content on fresh, high-quality produce grown in the fields and farmlands all around us. We showcase what exceptional seasonal and sustainable cuisine should look like.

Ste. Anne’s field-to-fork culinary delights shine a light on the robust bounty of our vegetable garden that feeds our guests naturally from nature. Tended to by our talented team of gardeners and ever so loved by our renowned chefs, this garden is diverse and divine, a beautiful, blissful space where health and well-being flourish abundantly.

We view food as pleasure and self-care and invite you to experience exceptional organic goodness. You’ll find vegetables, herbs, cut flowers and plants that are used in our kitchen and apothecary for our all-natural products made right here on our property.

Our food garden, in particular, nourishes joy and healing. From appetizers to entrees, many feature ingredients picked that morning! Our daily soups and delicious salads and entrees are inspired by the season and our chefs’ creative energies.

Sensational summer creations include our flavour-infused Grilled Cauliflower – an entrée of chermoula marinated cauliflower “steak” served with tasty turmeric cauli rice, velvety Lebanese maghmour, tangy tomato chutney and refreshing mint tahini! Yum!

Our new Panzanella Salad is a guest favourite – a colourful flavour burst of fresh juicy cherry tomatoes, fine brunoise shallots, a sprinkling of balsamic pearls and lush arugula and basil, all heaped on toasted bread with a drizzling of champagne vinaigrette. Double yum!

Wander by and see what our garden grows. This season’s bounty includes luscious leafy greens like spinach, kale and Swiss chard, and, of course, your typical vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, beans, peppers and so much more. The month of May features Fiddleheads and asparagus, and come fall, a variety of squash and pumpkins are perfect for soups and sides.

We also grow raspberries, strawberries, apples, pears, currents, blueberries and rhubarb. A variety of colourful edible flowers like calendula, pansies, nasturtiums, lavender, marigolds and hollyhocks add colour to the garden and guest plates.

A harvest of health for the body, mind and soul awaits guests. Eating a nutrient-dense diet with a whole lot of whole foods is linked to lower rates of disease and improved cognition and gut health. Replacing processed foods with whole, unprocessed foods like veggies, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and fruits can increase your life span by 13 years, reports a study in the journal PLOS Medicine.

A man who begins eating optimally at age 20 could add 13 years to his lifespan, while a woman of the same age could add 10. At age 60, add 9 years to his life expectancy and 8 years to hers by making this important dietary change. At age 80, add 3.5 years.

Eating whole foods can add years to your life, and visiting Ste. Anne’s Spa can add life, health and happiness to your years. Here food is a celebration and the perfect place to jumpstart better lifestyle habits for overall optimal body function.
