Signature Meatballs

Signature Meatballs

Delicious, tender and juicy meatballs full of flavours from our Chefs for you.

Makes approximately 15 meatballs


The IngredientsFor The Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 50g gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 65ml lactose-free cream
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1g garlic powder
  • 20g spanish onion
  • 1g onion powder
  • 2g paprika
  • 1.5g fresh parsley
  • 1.5g dried rosemary
  • 1g dried oregano
  • 1g dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
For The Sauce
  • 1l of tomato sauce
  • 200ml red wine
  • Step 1

    Mix bread crumbs and cream and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Finely mince the fresh garlic.

  • Step 3

    Brunoise the onion and chop the parsley.

  • Step 4

    Mix everything in a bowl and season. Check your seasoning by cooking off 1 tbsp and eating it. 

  • Step 5

    Bake on a baking sheet at 450F for 12 minutes to “sear” the outside.

  • Step 6

    Transfer to a deep-sided pan.

  • Step 7

    Blend red wine and tomato and pour over the meatballs.

  • Step 8

    Bake until an internal temperature of 160F is achieved.
