Our culinary and cut flower gardens are a vital part of our spa experience. We grow a variety of fresh produce, including tomatoes, kale, collard greens, peppers and herbs, which bring seasonality and flavour to our dishes. Our cut flowers are used to create beautiful arrangements, enhancing the ambiance throughout the spa. These gardens reflect our commitment to freshness, beauty and sustainability.

Pass through our archway to our garden patio that overlooks our outdoor pool and expansive gardens, with vistas of Lake Ontario on the horizon.

This charming setting features a large harvest table with seating for up to 16 and a cozy fire circle with Adirondack chairs. This space can also be reserved for a private event of your own making or have our chefs prepare a delicious farm-to-table meal.
