Walk or snowshoe your way to our open-air pavilion in the woods to experience a class that offers slow and peaceful practice.

Sunrise Yoga

This class will include an energizing flow that prepares you and sets the pace for the day ahead.

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures.

Sound Bath Meditation

In this class, we use Tibetan singing bowls, quartz bowls and bells to guide the listener.

Reversing the Curve

In this stretch class we will work on opening up through the front of our bodies and concentrate on proper posture.

Unwind Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga.

Hatha Yoga

A combination of postures and breathing exercises to help bring peace to the mind and body.

Chakra Activation

In this class we will focus on the seven main Chakras.

Rolling Relief
