1. ELIGIBILITY
The Ste. Anne’s Spa 12 Days of Giveaways (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Ste. Anne’s Spa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Each giveaway runs daily from 12:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Contest in two ways:
Online Entry Form: Complete and submit the form available on Ste. Anne’s Spa’s official website.
Social Media Entry: Follow Ste. Anne’s Spa on Instagram or Facebook, and complete the steps indicated on the giveaway post for that day.
Each entry is valid only for the corresponding day’s giveaway and does not roll over to subsequent days. Participants must submit a new entry each day to be eligible for that day’s prize.
4. PRIZES
A total of 12 prizes will be awarded, as outlined below:

Day #12: Day Spa for 2
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Daily winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received for that day’s giveaway. The draw will take place the following business day after each contest period closes.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Selected winners will be notified via the method of entry (email or social media) within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be chosen.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Ste. Anne’s Spa, which are final and binding. Ste. Anne’s Spa reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part without prior notice for any reason.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ste. Anne’s Spa is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor for any technical malfunctions, delays, or human errors that may occur in the processing or operation of this Contest.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
