Accessibility at Ste. Anne’s Spa

At Ste. Anne’s Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all guests, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to create an inclusive, barrier-free environment where everyone can enjoy their time with us comfortably, with dignity and independence.

Beginning Thursday, January 15, the elevator at Ste. Anne’s Spa will be undergoing a full replacement. During this time, the elevator will be out of service for a minimum of six weeks.

  • Historic Property Considerations

    Our property features multiple buildings, on 500 acres of rolling countryside.  The oldest part of the original building dates back to the 1867. While this property and these historic buildings add to the charm and character of Ste. Anne’s, they also present unique challenges in terms of accessibility.  As a result, not all areas of the property, including some of our guest rooms and other facilities, may be fully accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. Over time, we have been continuously working to improve accessibility wherever possible.
