Return to Rest is a soul-nourishing retreat designed to help you unwind, reconnect and restore your energy on every level.

Hosted in the welcoming environment of Ste. Anne’s Spa, you’ll be guided through deeply restorative practices including Yoga Nidra, gentle yoga, meditation, a nature hike and personalized Human Design insights based on your unique energetic blueprint.

This experience is for anyone seeking deep rest, healing, or a quiet space to reset. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and equipped with simple, meaningful tools to support greater clarity and presence in your everyday life.

We step into the beautiful natural surroundings of Ste Anne’s property, not to “do,” but to make time to listen, slow down and attune. This walk is a moving meditation, designed to reawaken the senses and remind you that your rhythm is deeply connected to the earth’s rhythm.

Subject to weather conditions, this class may be replaced with a Sound Bath Meditation.

This evening practice is an invitation to melt. Using supportive props, warm stones, and deep stillness, you’ll be held in a cocoon of comfort and care. Each shape is designed to help your body release effort and holding, while your mind and heart soften. Nothing to fix. Nothing to push. Just a coming home to yourself in the now.

We close our time together in quiet reflection and loving integration. With guided journaling prompts, you’ll be invited to notice what’s shifted, what’s softened and what’s ready to come with you beyond the retreat into your daily life. Meet Your Instructor: Sarah Brimson

Sarah is a 200-hour RYT with over 3000 hours of experience teaching yoga and meditation, a Yoga Nidra Guide, and a Culinary nutrition expert. Her mission is to help people come home to themselves through nervous system rest, embodied practice and deep self-remembrance. She values simple, restorative practices to support each person’s unique energy – not deplete it. Sarah sees deeply into others, holding space and guiding others with clarity, compassion and gentle invitation. Through practices of self-love, like Yoga Nidra, Nature connection and Human Design, she offers you an opportunity to reconnect with your own rhythm.
