Return to Rest is a soul-nourishing retreat designed to help you soften, unwind and come home to yourself. This immersive experience invites you to explore the radical act of resting well, body, mind and spirit.

Hosted in the welcoming environment of Ste. Anne’s Spa and Grafton Village Inn, you’ll be guided through deeply restorative practices, including Yoga Nidra, Gentle yoga, a nature hike, meditation and Human Design insights tailored to your unique energetic blueprint.

This is for you if you are seeking deep rest and healing, reconnection to yourself, or simply craving quiet time to reset. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored and with easy tools for living with greater clarity and presence.

Meet Your Instructor: Sarah Brimson

Sarah is a 200-hour RYT with over 3000 hours of experience teaching yoga and meditation, a Yoga Nidra Guide, and a Culinary nutrition expert. Her mission is to help people come home to themselves through nervous system rest, embodied practice and deep self-remembrance. She values simple, restorative practices to support each person’s unique energy – not deplete it. Sarah sees deeply into others, holding space and guiding others with clarity, compassion and gentle invitation. Through practices of self-love, like Yoga Nidra, Nature connection and Human Design, she offers you an opportunity to reconnect with your own rhythm.
