Return to Rest is a soul-nourishing retreat designed to help you unwind, reconnect and restore your energy on every level.
Hosted in the welcoming environment of Ste. Anne’s Spa and Grafton Village Inn, you’ll be guided through deeply restorative practices including Yoga Nidra, gentle yoga, meditation, a nature hike and personalized Human Design insights based on your unique energetic blueprint.
This experience is for anyone seeking deep rest, healing, or a quiet space to reset. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and equipped with simple, meaningful tools to support greater clarity and presence in your everyday life.

Human Design is a modern tool rooted in multiple ancient wisdom practices. You’ll learn how you’re designed to move through the world, make aligned decisions and support your unique rhythm of rest and renewal. These sessions offer insight and affirmation, guiding you into deeper self-awareness, while highlighting tangible strategies for greater ease and alignment in your life.

Sarah is a 200-hour RYT with over 3000 hours of experience teaching yoga and meditation, a Yoga Nidra Guide, and a Culinary nutrition expert. Her mission is to help people come home to themselves through nervous system rest, embodied practice and deep self-remembrance. She values simple, restorative practices to support each person’s unique energy – not deplete it. Sarah sees deeply into others, holding space and guiding others with clarity, compassion and gentle invitation.
