Pumpkin Spice Caramel Pull-Apart Bread

Our Pumpkin Spice Caramel Pull-Apart Bread is a warm, shareable treat layered with buttery dough, autumn spices and rich caramel. Perfect for cozy November mornings, brunches, or gatherings with friends.

Serves: 4–6

The Ingredients
  • 10 dinner rolls (could purchase from a local bakery or grocer)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup salted butter, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Step 1

Tear the dinner rolls into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl or resealable bag.

  • Step 2

Melt ¼ of the butter (about 3 tablespoons) in a small saucepan. Stir in the granulated sugar and pumpkin spice until combined. Pour the mixture over the torn bread and toss until all pieces are coated.

  • Step 3

Transfer the coated bread into a greased baking dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, until golden and slightly crispy on top.

  • Step 4

In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter. Stir in brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 5

Remove the baked bread from the oven. Pour the pumpkin caramel sauce evenly over the bread. Let cool slightly before serving.
