Raspberry Rose Mocktail

Deep red and delicately scented with rose, this Raspberry Rose Mocktail sets the tone for romantic moments at home. Fresh raspberries and sparkling bubbles create a drink that’s romantic, refreshing and simple to bring together at home. Finished with mint and berries, it’s a small gesture that feels special.
- 1 cup - fresh raspberries (frozen can work in a pinch, but fresh provides better flavor)
- 2 tablespoons - rose syrup
- Sparkling water or gingerale (about 1 cup per serving)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint and raspberries for garnish
- Step 1
Place the raspberries in the bottom of a glass or cocktail shaker and gently muddle until lightly crushed.

Stir in the rose syrup so it blends with the raspberries.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and divide the raspberry rose mixture between them.

Pour sparkling water or ginger ale over each glass, about 1 cup per serving.
