Raspberry Rose Mocktail

Deep red and delicately scented with rose, this Raspberry Rose Mocktail sets the tone for romantic moments at home. Fresh raspberries and sparkling bubbles create a drink that’s romantic, refreshing and simple to bring together at home. Finished with mint and berries, it’s a small gesture that feels special.

The Ingredients
  • 1 cup - fresh raspberries (frozen can work in a pinch, but fresh provides better flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons - rose syrup
  • Sparkling water or gingerale (about 1 cup per serving)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint and raspberries for garnish
  • Step 1

    Place the raspberries in the bottom of a glass or cocktail shaker and gently muddle until lightly crushed.

    Stir in the rose syrup so it blends with the raspberries.

  • Step 3

    Fill glasses with ice cubes and divide the raspberry rose mixture between them.
