Tropical Glow Mocktail

A vibrant, refreshing blend featuring Ste. Anne’s Coconutty Tea is infused with natural tropical flavours—hibiscus, pineapple and coconut—balanced with a hint of lime. Lightly sweetened and served chilled, this mocktail is your perfect sip for relaxation and rejuvenation.


The IngredientsFor The Tea Base
  • 2 - Ste. Anne's Coconutty tea bags (or 2 tsp loose leaf Coconutty Tea)
  • 1½ cups - boiling water
  • 1 tsp - Ste. Anne’s Bakery Wildflower Honey
  • ½ cup - pineapple juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • ½ tsp - fresh lime juice
  • ice
For The Garnish
  • Pineapple slice or wedge
  • Fresh mint
  • Coconut flakes (toasted or plain)
  • Edible flowers (cornflower petals or hibiscus are a nice touch)
  • Step 1: Steep The Tea

    Steep Coconutty Tea in 1½ cups of boiling water for 10–15 minutes to bring out the fruity and floral flavours. Let cool to room temperature, then strain if using loose tea. (Tip: You can make this ahead and chill it in the fridge.)

  • Step 2: Mix The Mocktail

    In a shaker or large glass, combine the cooled Coconutty tea, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey or agave (if using). Add ice and shake or stir well.

  • Step 3: Serve

    Pour into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

  • Garnish

    Top with a slice of pineapple, a sprig of mint, a sprinkle of coconut flakes, and edible flowers for a beautiful finish.

Notes:

Want it fizzy? Add a splash of sparkling water or coconut soda just before serving.
Hosting a group? This can easily be scaled up into a pitcher or punch bowl.
For a slushie-style drink, blend with ice!
