During your visit to Ste. Anne’s you’ll likely have spotted Nan, the matriarch of the Corcoran family, quietly knitting away in some comfy corner of the Inn. While Nan knits all sorts of lovely items, right now her goal is to support the Starthrower Foundation with the sale of her wonderful washcloths.

The Starthrower Foundation provides educational opportunities by raising and distributing funds to young destitute Haitian people living in the north coast city of Cap-Haïtien and the nearby mountain village of St-Raphaël. You can learn more at www.starthrowerfoundation.org.
